Is SteadySLP not loading at school? Send your IT team a link to this page. Everything below is written for them.
SteadySLP on your school network
SteadySLP is documentation and caseload software for school-based speech-language pathologists. Someone in your district uses it to record therapy sessions, track IEP goal data, and draft progress reports. It runs in a browser, most often on an iPad during sessions.
What to allow
Three hostnames, all ordinary HTTPS on port 443.
app.steadyslp.com- The application. This is the one that needs to work during the school day, and the one an SLP is reporting when they say SteadySLP will not load.
www.steadyslp.com- This site. Product information and signup.
send.steadyslp.com- Transactional email only: account invitations and password resets. Worth passing to whoever runs the mail gateway as well, because a quarantined invitation looks identical to a signup that never worked.
Nothing else needs allowing for the application
app.steadyslp.com loads no third-party scripts and calls no third-party APIs. Its content security policy restricts it to its own origin, so that single hostname is the whole list. No CDN host, no analytics host, no advertising or tracking traffic. It needs no browser extension, no installed client, and no inbound port.
This site is the exception worth naming: www.steadyslp.com runs Cloudflare Turnstile on its signup form, loaded from challenges.cloudflare.com. That affects signup here. It has nothing to do with the application.
Which category to file it under
Education, or Business and Productivity, whichever your filter offers.
Please avoid Health and Medicine. SteadySLP is clinical software, so that category reads like the right fit. K-12 rulesets tend to restrict it with students in mind, though, and this is staff software. Filed there it ends up blocked for the one person who needs it.
Why it may be blocked today
Filters sort domains into categories and policy is written against the categories. A domain nobody has reviewed yet has no category, and uncategorized sits next to newly registered in most rulesets, which is a reasonable place to be careful. steadyslp.com was registered in July 2026.
So a block today is the absence of a judgment about SteadySLP rather than a judgment about it, and it clears once a vendor reviews the domain.
